Mark is a Partner at Inspired Capital. He also serves as COO, managing all fund operations.

Prior to Inspired Capital, Mark served as a Partner for Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, Northwestern Mutual’s corporate venture fund, which he was instrumental in launching in 2016. At Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, Mark’s investments included Chime, OJO Labs, Gabi, and Ladder.

Mark joined Northwestern Mutual following the acquisition of LearnVest, where he was a member of the senior leadership team, overseeing strategy and business development. He launched LearnVest’s enterprise business, LearnVest at Work, and signed several key partnerships to accelerate LearnVest’s growth.

Prior to LearnVest, Mark’s experience spans the asset management and financial services industry, as a Corporate Development senior associate at TIAA, an analyst at hedge fund Solas Capital, and a management consultant at Oliver Wyman.

Mark is a board member at Rho and Teamshares. He holds an A.B. in Philosophy from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Taline, and two children, Aliza and Luca.
