Alexa is Chief of Staff at Inspired Capital. She is responsible for supporting the Founder and Managing Partner, Alexa von Tobel, on new and existing investments, fundraising, and firm strategy.

Prior to Inspired, Alexa was a Senior Associate at Volition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm, and an independent finance and operations consultant for early-stage companies.

Alexa began her career at BlackRock in New York City, where she spent five years working in various roles across the BlackRock Alternatives business focused on fundraising and development of new investment capabilities, operating platform enhancements, business acquisitions and integrations, and sustainability initiatives.

Alexa received a B.A., cum laude, from Harvard College in Economics and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.
