Kamran is a Principal at Inspired Capital. He is responsible for leading new investments and supporting Inspired’s existing portfolio. Kamran invests across all sectors and is especially interested in B2B software products, often in underexplored markets, bringing a step-change improvement to the status quo. He serves on the boards of Inspired portfolio companies Axion Ray, Edia, and Paragon, and supports several others.

Prior to Inspired Capital, Kamran was an investor at Point72, where he worked on a variety of venture, growth, and private equity investments, including the acquisition of the New York Mets. Kamran began his career in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, first in the Consumer, Retail, and Healthcare Group, and later in the Financial Institutions Group, where he worked on M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, and activism defense.

Kamran has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital and earned a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Dartmouth College.
